I love this chapter and where Winston and Sarah are going. I think that the merits of the idea with the shoulder to cry on, with or without the chastity belt, is that Sarah is intentionally inducing Stockholm Syndrome by going out of her way to be nice to Lara in ways she doesn't have to, and uses the 'fiancee' aspect to manipulate her. She reveals, at one point, that she knows exactly that Lara is being brainwashed, that she fears what Natla could do to her, all a part of manipulating Lara. And in this case blending it with the chastity belt and the aphrodisiacs where she establishes that she cares about Lara more than Lara herself.
Essentially Sarah takes matters into her own hands, and exploits that Lara no longer can rely on Winston as her emotional center. Lara never really comes to love her the way she wants, but she's Lara's sole center of stability, and and Natla decides when Lara's at home that only one person can give her the fistings she craves: Sarah. Making the thing Lara enjoys the most wielded as a weapon to use with her.
She doesn't resent Lara, she has an almost Pollyanna-ish belief that if she can play off Lara and Natla that she can get Lara to if not love her, accept her and her status as Sarah's wife. Also when they're married Lara has to take Sarah's last name, LOL. And to have their wedding night in her mother's wedding dress, which is Sarah's idea, not Natla's, and as a sign of how far and how fast she's fallen, Lara agrees.
This one was a mixed bag for me.
I don't like how you changed cover up from Lara doing humiliating things because she secretly craves and enjoys them, to whole ordeal being some kind of therapy for her nymphomania. How would that even work? Lets force Lara to have so much sex that she will eventually hate it? Sarah may not be the brightest person, but even she would have hard time buying that. Also why would Lara beg Natla to stay if this was therapy? With her wealth she can get any therapists she wants.
At first I was against Winston involvement, but I guess you are trying to accommodate most of your reviewers, and it worked quite well with drugs and subliminal conditioning. That being said I don't think Natla would ever want to have sex with an old servant. She should hire prostitute and record whole thing to have more leverage over Lara.

In regard your future plans I don't think they work with current setting. Blackmail works for now because Lara thinks she can get out of it and endures degradation to buy time. "Hey Lara do this or you will lose all your money and by this I mean lose all your money and become sex slave." It's silly.
Especially when Lara could make a decent living even without her fortune based on her fame and connections.
Natla needs more blackmail material for your ideas to be plausible. Maybe drug Lara to get her credentials (or much hotter - put her in chastity, feed aphrodisiac and later exchange credentials for permission to orgasm) and perform some illegal transactions in her name.
Hope this wasn't overly harsh and still looking forward to next chapters.
I would like a scene where Sarah eventually realizes when Natla slips a few times too many that Lara wasn't 'slipping in her treatment' when she said she was being blackmailed.....and then uses that to blackmail Lara herself into the fear of her doing something with it and leaving to an increasingly paranoid and broken Lara's imagination. The irony is that Sarah herself has no idea what to do with anything she'd suggest and Lara ends up shackling herself without ever quite realizing.
Or alternately, Sarah figures it out, and uses it to manipulate Lara in a related but much more insidious fashion to Natla by spending time feigning giving her a shoulder to cry on and manipulating Lara's emotions as much as Natla does and Lara ends up genuinely in love with Sarah for real....only for it to turn out that she went from frying pan to fire.
I liked chap5, though I wish we had spent more time on the fisting with Sarah. When Natla has Winston under the drug she should really question him to make sure if anyone else is working secretly with Lara, though I would be surprised if Zipp really wanted to give up all his new perks.
I like the `porn star' idea, specifically about the public knowing the show is being done with real sex scenes. That is super degrading. Looking forward to Lara being a married slut (who gives over her property in a pre-nup) and fun with horses.
