A very unique and interesting fic, your characterization of Ganondorf is very compelling and the development of his relationship with Zelda and Link is gradual and believable. The sexual content fits the story well and is well-written, and if I may say, now that you've teased a chance for Midna to either get Link to herself or to join him or Zelda, I'm feeling you have to eventually it to us :p

You always keep such even pace, from the rough seas of prior chapters, the steady waters of this one are superbly calming; everything about Midna's temperament and how it matches the steamy depths of the spring was an excellent parable. But I think what I love best about your story is that, either way it ends, with Zelda and Link looking down on Ganon's corpse or Ganondorf twisting a chain around Hyrule, it'd still be a brilliant read.

Ah, good, a realistic and understandable chapter. No misunderstandings, Link just flat out explains what's going on, why what's going on IS going on, and what he and Zelda have been doing AND we see how basically WHIPPED he's become under Ganondorf manipulations as we see Midna's actually got a plan that could really work and bring Ganondorf down! Now if Link can just gain back the strength he had and remember WHY he was chosen to wield Courage...

I do hope you have not abandoned this story! It's great, I thoroughly enjoyed all 16 chapters and look forward to the next update!

One of my main qualms with Zelda fanfiction is that the characters are often butched. Especially when it comes to rape fics, where they turn Zelda and/or Link into a sobbing weakling after being raped by Ganon (and then in the very next chapter they instantly fall in love with him, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about). You didn't do that, which I applaud. I feel as though you capture well how Zelda and Link would act in those situations. Their dialogue and mannerisms seem spot on. The fact that you write well helps a lot too.

I love the sweet, yet sexy relationship between Link and Zelda. The splash of consensual sex inbetween rape scenes is nice. There is a lot of sex between them, but it is well written and believable. And somehow, you managed to integrate Ganondorf into that relationship without making it seem awkward and out of character. I don't think I've ever read a LoZ story where Ganon wanted both Zelda and Link sexually, but you made it work(I admit I am looking forward a possible sex scene/rape between Link and Ganon, but I'm glad you aren't rushing it.)

My only issue with the story is that I feel like Midna is slightly out of character. Perhaps I missed something in the story that explained why she is acting the way she is, but based on that game, it didn't seem like she ever had the desire to rule both the light and dark world like Zant did. She simply wanted to save her people, dethrone Zant, and return the world to the way it was and both Link and Zelda helped her with that. She definitely was sassy, and kind've a bitch at first, but I don't see why she would want to kill Zelda and take over Hyrule. Still, her OOCness is very minor, and certainly isn't enough to make me dislike the story. It seems as though her character is being reintroduced in this next chapter, so hopefully the reasoning behind her actions will be explained more.

you ever though tof making an index and stuff? like your own fan theories? you put a lot of thought into it and i would really like to see what you come up with with alternate histories and the like.,

I do hope you're doing OK in the wake of this flooding. Natural disasters always yield unpredictable results in the fallout, so I wish that you find the tools to recover. Now, about the story, again, delicious chapter. I'm not sure if you meant to or not, but Link and Zelda seem to be going through some very realistic 'shelter shock' in being Ganon's prisoners and it greatly humanises them here. As for Ganon himself, this has to be one of my favourite iterations of Sir Dragmire in a fanfic; he's powerful and ominous and direct, but above all manipulatively tactful. There's always this sense of violence that bays at the edge of the sexual politics and it begs this morbid curiosity out of me. It's like walking alone at night and then suddenly hearing footsteps behind you and you don't know whether to stop and turn around or walk faster.

*breathes deeply, dies*...this fic you guys, this fic *dies again*. But seriously, you write such an invested world, where everything seems measured and unhurried, from Zelda gauging Ganondorf's threats to Ganon deciding how much slack to give his captives to Link trying his best to give Zelda comfort without it coming from a place of fear or desperation. Considering the chaos you just went through, this is quite a thing to see. All that said, I'm really liking this and after having read Game Over, I'm starting to see what it is about Endgame that makes it so unique and different from similar fanfics: really this is Link/Ganondorf story largely told from Zelda's POV.
