Oh my God so many FEELINGS, I can't even! I love the way you write these two, the banter is spot on perfect and I just want to roll up in this fic and snuggle it to pieces.

I'm loving this story so hardcore, it's not even funny. Just wanted you to know that.
This chapter was just as excellent as the first. Daxter's mental fight with himself was very believable. I'm glad he did decide to tell Jak his feelings, even if he had to get drunk to do it. And Jak's reaction to that kiss was just... cute. Jak was cute. That's the only way I can put it. He deserves some lovin' on after all that lame prison time. Matter of fact, Daxter deserves some lovin' just as much, for all that lame trying-to-stay-alive-on-the-streets time. Therefore, this should work out if they play their cards right. I hope I hope I hope...

*Glee!* Oh I love it! I didn't see anything wrong with the chapter, myself, but maybe that;s because I spent the whole time grinning like an idiot! I hope the boys manage to work something out.... I can't wait to see what happens now! *sparkle~* This chapter totally completed my good day.

You have made me so, so happy by posting this, you don't even know. It was indeed just as good as your first story -- and multiple chapters, no less? Bliss!
This first chapter was plot-tastic, man. Sometimes straight-to-sex can be nice in its own way, and then sometimes you just want a nice build up of plot and back-story and emotion, and that's just what was delivered here. Poor Dax. That seems like a very realistic conversation that they would have had. Letting something so bad happen to your best friend, even if you really had no choice, would generate a lot of guilt.
The hugs and snuggles were a perfect counter-balance for the sad, though. Hopefully the sad is done with for them, and they can spend the next chapter staying cozy together (and maybe something more...?)
Anyway, I'm absolutely loving it, and I can't wait for the next chapter! I may have to hang up my keyboard at this rate and just let you take over writing for the fandom. You're that awesome. (Just kidding. Not about you being awesome, because you are, but about not writing anymore. I have to keep writing because I'm going to write you a Jak/human!Dax in the shower scene in the next chapter of Keep Talking. Just 'cause you asked so nicely.)

I am super excited about reading more of this! I'm really enjoying it so far, and I really dig the setup! Looking forward to the next chapter!
