Chapter 4: Lots of Sex or just a little, keep on writing. The story is strong enough with this that I'll follow it in between, and in truth, I don't think it has to command every chapter either. The lulls are interesting to read and build a craving or hunger in anticipation of the next scene for when it does happen. Keep doing what you are doing and follow your muse.

the deity thing is hard to overcome. hah, Mal'Ganis Dude is right, most humans do, and it could feel jarring to change it, but it really is also kinda lame for a King to be fucking the shit outta some hot-ass possessed chick and be like "Oh Light! Lightey Light Light! I'm cumming!"
hah, it just doesn't have quite the same "oomph" ya know? there's a perfectly handy way around it, if ya feel like. in Warcraft I and II the clerics of Northshire Abbey worshipped God and Angels, not the Light. so long as you mention briefly that Wrynn is "true Azerothian" and is against the "Lorderan Light" (i.e. more into the southern Azerothian judeo-christian "God" figure instead of the northern Lorderan sect the refugees brought with them) then I can't see how any readers could find fault with you, and you could use "God," etc. all you want! win-win!
or not. haha, w/e's good with me! just offering suggestions, if you want. totally your choice and all that jazz.
story-wise, I think the awesomest thing of all is all the snide remarks Sylvannas has about everything. none of the humans have the will, the strength, or ability of the Forsaken, and all their buildings are crude and barely passable compared to the elves, etc- yeah, all that stuff. haha, lawlz, that makes me grin like nothing else man! haha, totally cool 'cause it's so true. Horde Pride!

lawlz, I almost forgot. how you handled the whole "Jack" thing? haha, totally baller dude! I mean, I was all sadface :( and stuff when he couldn't be healed and was going to die, and a little resentful of Sylvanas for not appreciating how quickly this youth managed to get in the way of an assassin, but it also totally fits ya know? like, if she'd been any more caring she'd have lost a lotta her hard-ass appeal, and if she'd been colder she'd have just been a bitch. fine line to straddle there dude! masterfully done! haha, also, for a while there I thought she was planning to make the kid her Forsaken servant in the city or something, so that she could have an extra set of loyal help, because she's Sylvanas, ya know? she's CRAFTY
the quippiness of the "send him to the druids, dumbass" was waaaay too cool though. lawlz, total Horde Pride yo.

You've managed to make me leave a review for the first time since aff.net was created. Probably the best story in the WoW section, and hot too. The only thing I wanted to note is that I'm fairly certain (though I've never played Alliance so I can't be 100% sure) most humans would tend to swear on the Light instead of invoking deities, which seems to be a more troll/nelf kinda thing in the Warcraft verse.
Also you slipped tenses a few times, and also flipped back and forth between third person and first in one of the early scenes as well. Overall quite nice though. I'm looking forward to the next chapter.
