Only two negatives: The centred formatting makes it a little hard to read, and it was very short.

Positives: You seem to have described the request from the other guy very well! The idea is hot and even in the short space you make it even hotter. The paragraph of the baby spearing out of her was waaaay hot. More than the quick image of the licker savagely taking her virginity.

Overall though, great ficlet!

Sounds like a summary rather than a story. These types of things usually are trying to make people feel something, so more detail might be a plus.
