Great chapter. It's nice to see physical attributes come into play after having them so heavily emphasized throughout. The idea of unspoken love and explicitly expressed lust is great fun to read and I hope it continues to be so.

Happy to see this story updated. Interesting that Forever is finally coming out and about the anticipation of Lara's prequel/reboot. Again, wonderful protrayal and writing on these legendary characters.

Hell Yeah! More TRF is a great way to start the day off right. If only the real Duke Nukem Forever had a Lara cameo or crossover, the game would be perfect.


So, we've got one more altar to reactivate, then this superweapon? I for one, can't wait to see just how Duke and Lara make use of her mansion after the world is saved. Lara is bound to get addicted to the Duke, even more than she is now, and no doubt that the Duke is going to enjoy it every bit.

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this story was updated and I almost couldn't believe it. It's been quite a while since this was last updated, but better late than ever. No disrespect to you Tycho, you write some of the stories around, but sometimes wait inbetween is super-sized where I almost wonder if you've abandoned the stories are not. Still between this, your DOA story, and your new Jedi Knight/Star Wars/Kyle Katarn story you continue to pump out great work. I just wish there was a slightly shorter wait inbetween everything.

This was an awesome, satisfying chapter. I'm glad that Duke and Lara get along even when they aren't having sex. The scene where Duke gets supplies from his wrecked ship followed by a campfire drinking session with Lara was fun and humorous. It's odd that these characters have become sort of cute with each other in a way. I thought it was really funny when Lara asked about Duke's last name. The scene in the altar was fun and extremely hot. However at the same time, I am almost dreading what Lara and Duke's next challenging altar will be. In chapter 4 it was a live volcano and chapter 5 it was a room filling up with water. I just hope the last one isn't like spikes or a boulder or something.

Intriguing mystery with the alien observing Duke and Lara. He appears to be a malevolent character and I'm curious if Duke and Lara by activating the next device are only falling into the alien's weapon or trap. I hope Duke and Lara realize their mistake if they've made one and manage to stop him. Anyway, I like Duke and Lara together. So please keep up the great work and update this story again soon. This is by far the best Tomb Raider/Duke Nukem story ever.

These aren't two characters I'd ever thought of having a crossover, but it's surprisingly enjoyable.
I look forward to seeing more.

Another great, fun chapter. Thanks so much for the update. I'm glad you are continuing this one and I can't wait for more. The scenes with Duke and Lara are really well done and nicely written. The visual of them having to naked escape from a volcano altar is also hilarious. Also, Duke confessed during the latest romp that he loves Lara? Whoa, Duke in love really? Does he really feel that way about her? And did Lara notice it?

Oh, this is rich. The refined Lara Croft with the rugged Duke Nukem. Reminds me of "War", a "Freelancer" fanfic on fanfiction.net. Place Jun'ko Zane with Lara and Edison Trent with Duke, and it also fits too:P

This sure beats waiting for "Duke Nukem For-Never" (since it doesn't look like the game will be made:( )
