This is very good: surprising premise, and your intergration of LoZ elements from more games than just TP make this better than just a novelization of the game itself. The Great Fairy being, well, evil seemed kind of random, and at times it can feel like you're shoving non-TP elements, such as Vaati, Dark Link, and Romani...but most of the rest of it was great.
The fights, the characters, the humour, the sex...most of this is good. You could work on describing locations, battles, and character appearances more: if I didn't know what Midna's true form looked like, I'd have no idea from the description or lack thereof. Going off of his, I had no idea where the Armogohma fight took place, and the yeti fight itself seemed rush, as did some of the other instances. The yetis could have had a bigger role besides voiceless characters, and Link seems a little...well, weak at times.
It's a cool idea, killing Stallord with grinding gears, but that required application of his own actual skill: just his ability to move a platform. Most of your lemons could also use a little clarification: I needed to reread most of them to get a mental image in my head as to the positions of the characters.
Be this as it may, good work. Take a look at what I mentioned and this should be an even greater story than it already manages to be.

Well, that sucks. The story isn't finished, and by the looks of the last update, it may never... Well, it was good while it lasted, and hopefully you will update again.
