Just finished all 23 chapters

... so when are you updating? xD

I've read all the way up to Chapter 23. Lots of this is very true to the game, yet still keeps a level of its own creativity with the seemingly professional writing style. The imagery is top-notch, and I find myself REALLY wanting to play the game again while reading this. I can't WAIT to see how things go once they leave Taris!

You have no idea how happy I was to find out you were still writing this story. I absolutely love your style of story-telling, and the characters you've introduced so far seem spot on (with the possible exception of Bastila, but I'll chalk that up to her lack of interaction with the main characters so far). You manage to take a game that I have absolutely played to death, and make it fresh around every corner. The recent encounters with rakghouls were especially surprising, as I never saw them as that frightening until I read your take on it. On a final note, the fight scenes are perfectly done. I hate reading stories where they spend a paragraph describing every blink of an eye. You portray the battles as quick and frantic, with a brutal efficency. Plus, Zira is just a badass.

I will continue to follow this story with interest, and hope you see it through to the end.

Tell envy that he's got his own KOTOR story to be working on! Not that this one isn't insanely awesome in itself mind you...

Though a little more interaction between Revan and everybody else would be nice, just cause the game has no vocals, doesn't mean your version has to be that way.

Oh, and her continually growing attachment to Trask is just one kick to me after another. Very cruel of you, I like it!

I've read many "walkthroughs" with Revan I enjoyed. But this is the first one where I like Revan's character. You write well and the characters are likable. Thank you for sharing this with us. :)

It's pretty good so far, but you should really take off some of those tags; it makes it look like you're baiting for hits by putting in tags that don't have anything to do with the story. At least, remove the tags that haven't appeared yet, then add them back in when they come into play.

Eagerly awaiting the next chapters! I've been lurking the KotOR section here for quite some time and your chapters' mix of canon and originality makes it feel like I'm seeing the material I already know and love in new depth rather than reading a straight-up walkthrough or an off-kilter story where the characters just don't feel quite right.

Love the Shad Camper name a few chapters back, my copies of the comics just arrived today and the resulting KotOR ferver prompted me to come back, reread, and leave this comment. ;3
