This is arguably one of the best stories I've read on here. Much better than even my own. I love the back story. Your skill with the details and with the wording is fantastic. The sex scene is wonderully descriptive and yet not over done or raunchy. Its entertaining, arousing and just an all around interesting read. I would love to read more of your writings!

You know, I read this story the other day, far before you read "Of Age and Innocence", and I apologize right now not for not reviewing it sooner. You, my dear, have far more skill than I, so I am doubly thankful for your praise of my work. You ability for smooth, flowing description, and for building a believable atmosphere puts me to shame any day. Every moment of it was believable and gripping, it literally gave me goosebumps.

I think that if you were to try to write a partner piece of "Of Age.." you would do a smashing job. Of course, it's up to you, but I'm be thrilled if you did :)

"Beyond the Setting Sun" is a very cleverly written and thoroughly enjoyable story, especially for those who crave a plot to go along with their smut. The plot is intriguing and satisfying, the smut detailed and stimulating. The concept of sexual pleasure as a method for dealing with magical addiction is very interesting and believably presented. On the basis of this story I can say with confidence that this is a talented author who is capable of producing truly sophisticated erotic fiction that satisfies the intellectual mind as well as the carnal appetites.

Very nice! I'm really glad you didn't go with your original plan, as there are many enemies-meet-but-fall-in-love fics out there. I really enjoyed the story about two old friends meeting up again, how it covered a lot of backstory on both characters without forcing us to read through chapters of it, and how it kept connection to the current story by using the ride through the desert. The focus on the sin'dorei vs quel'dorei thirst for magic was refreshing and original, and the sponge bath was very sexy.

I hope you do write more about these two. I really want to find out how their "post-training sessions" end up affecting each of them; with it helping Barian's addiction and worsening Katlayna's, it's almost like Barian's giving part of his hunger to Katlayna to help him bear. The part where Barian jumped Katlayna was actually pretty hot too; I wonder if there's potential for a rougher love scene where Barian loses himself and jumps her again, but manages to hold off his need for magic by focusing on his lust for her instead XD. Hopefully he'd gain enough control to ask for permission first though, because these characters are too romantic for a rape scene :(.

Wow! Kudos on a brilliant piece! I would love to hear the backstory, as well as future stories! Smut is all well and good, but when they're more to it, it just becomes, well, *growls at inability to find an adequate word*

The best i've read in QUITE some time. I am real fan of romance fics, this one was amazing, I didn't feel like everything was overdrawn or underdeveloped, and I didn't even skip to the smut as I typically do. when the smut finally came around, it was everything i was hoping for.
