As much as I appreciate the effort put into this short story, I can't find myself enjoying it all that much as an Eldar lore fan. The Eldar have a sketchy relationship with the Tau at best, and would definitely not align themselves with "the greater good". Eldar find the Tau too young, foolish, and misguided to truly accept them as a valid ally, I suppose the Eldar are just a bit cocky for Tau. A little research into basic w40k lore can go a long way. That said however, I liked the idea and thought process behind this story and I'd love to read more from the author in the future.
