Honestly, though, you do a much better job than I when it comes to describing the setting. I like how the chapter was really only one scene--Jak and Dax spending the redhead's first moments of humanity together--and it was satisfying. I want to hear other peoples' reactions, too. What about Tess?! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaahh I'm giving myself suspense ulcers.

I just love Jak's reaction! It seemed very real, somehow. Just that quick hug and admittance that he was afraid he had lost his little friend, and then he was straight back to business. Even though it's clear by the rest of his actions that Daxter and Daxter's safety is still the one and only thing he's thinking about here. There was no bubbly, gushy declaration of immediate romantic love the moment Daxter returned to normal--just an honest guy reaction. But on that note... I can't wait to see where the romance starts to filter in! I see that Dax is already starting to notice Jak's good looks just a little more than when he was two feet tall and furry.
Perhaps the most important comment I can make on this chapter... blushing Dax awkwardly pulling at the hem of Jak's tunic is absolutely adorable. I swear, I fall more and more in love with that little squirt whenever someone writes something cute like that.
Nice chapter all the way around. It'll be interesting to see what everyone else thinks of Daxter's new look! Keep it up :)

Hey! This is really adventurous and fun. I don't know why I had been putting off reading this for as long as I have. I'm anxious to see what will happen to the two of them when you continue. ;_; Naked Dax... Hooray for Naked Daxter! That's the best kind of Daxter.

Eeep, I didn't realize you had posted it already! I need to be more observant... >_< Anyway. I still like the fight scene a lot. Jak is just so tough and awesome! We luv you, Jak. I really want to see what his reaction will be when he finds out about Daxter's unexpected transformation!
