For someone that has dyslexia, the story's pretty good. You actually don't have any glaring grammar/spelling issues that I see, other than the occasional run-on sentence. And the story itself is hot. I'm usually not one for drug-related stuff, but if it gets Rouge acting that way, maybe a few more of the Sonic gals should take 'em! (by the way, that means I wouldn't mind seeing more :P)

Dyslexia's one thing, but mile-long rambling sentences are just boring to read. Why don't you at least proofread before you post? That way, your story may actually become interesting.

In spite of that, the pink-pill plot is curious. I might follow it if you raise the standard a touch.
