Oh, and I just read the other reviews, and realised I forgot to comment on the Quilla vs Earth thing. Well, I have no doubt he and Robotnik will do some damage. But come on, even without the Sonic team, we're talking one fat guy and a cyborg equidna vs over six billion people. Although all of the six billion arn't soldiers, there is still a signifigant percentage that are. The sheer overwhelming number and firepower of the human race's combined military is just too much for them to overcome. And besides, if worst came to worst, human's can always fall back to the ultimate weapon.
Hardly anything can withstand the tremendous power of the atomic bomb, and I don't think there is anything within the Sonic universe which could even come close to withstanding such power.
All in all, there is plenty of room for mayhem, but in the end, Eggman and Quilla simpily don't have the power to take on all of the human military.

Great work on the fic so far! I can't wait to see how else killing Ashura has affected the "future". Stories with time travel have always been favorites of mine.

Interesting. I wonder if Big Q is really up to the task of killing shadow and the gang? I can't wait to find out.

Actually... I don't doubt Midnights chances. Firstly, we don't know how much high-tech tricks Eggman has filled his cybernetics with, secondly he's a cunning and highly trained warrior, thirdly he's shown himself to be resourceful and capable of thinknig on his feet, and finally he's pretty obviously insane. Insane people aren't predictable.

I think Midnight is going to rack up a decent body count, unless he's stomped early or redeemed. He's not going to go for Sonic or Shadow directly, he'll probably hit the weaker characters, like Cream or some minor GUN bases.
