A few years too late, but i need to admit : The way you two wrote this series was absolutely captivating. The story-line was very well thought and and wrote, the characters remain very true to their video-game counterparts, and it really was an absolute -pleasure- to read. I was saddened when i saw there were no plans for ARAAT6, but i suppose there's only so much you could incorporate into ARAAT's arc.

WHOA,WHOA,WHOA! hold on now... That, dear sirs, was the most pitiful excuse for and ending to a rather awesome and nearly perfect 9.9999999999 repeating out of 10 Fic that could have some more story to it! I mean, COME ON! The story itself was nowhere near the end in possibilities, and you know it! Here, I'll throw out some ideas for you: (they will suck but I love this story too much for it not to be completed.. or at least TRY to convince you to finish it!) Maybe some focus on eclipse? maybe a story with Black Doom (or whatever his name is)? perhaps mirage goes insane and has to be stopped? I am sure that all of these ideas I have thrown at you are just small grains of sand compared to the beaches worth of ideas you might have had for the story (or you already thought of it and tossed the ideas aside) but the story was still worth keeping. just look at ending, rouge and sonic had just found out what happened to the baby and had more plans for the future and... bam! the end? the worst part was the permanent cliffhanger ... well not the worst, but actually it was the best.. and THAT is the problem! It was too good for it to just be dropped, and I am sure I'm not the only one who thinks this way. so please somewhere in your souls... if you still have them after all the mindfuckery with the whole story (which the value was over 9000)... to continue... PLEASE!!??!?!?

I still can't believe this series is over. I just love it so much. I keep re-reading all the ARAAT fics and just love it more each time!

This was spectacular. ARAAT will always be one of my favorite series

You write well and I swear if it were for the ridiculous OC's and he fact that I hate the way Rouge and Sonic are portrayed...or the fact this is Amy/Shadow, then I SWEAR I'd nominate this...

It's seriously very sad to see you all ending this story series. I honestly didn't like them much other than the first, because the rest after them just felt like spinoffs instead of sequels. They were still interesting enough to read, though. I mean, really, I can't believe you decided to end it when there's so many options you can do, loose ends left untied. You don't have to make a story of every moment, or even year, of these character's lives. You could simply make a sequel that takes place when Eclipse is some rebellious awesome immature teenager, go over some of his school life, maybe. Sonic and Rouge finally have that kid they talked about having in the future at the end of ARAAT5 and Tails finally hits puberty and stops having that same annoying voice he's had for decades. All the heroes of the now would be old fuckers in this future story where the kids are grown up. Haven't you seen the episode of Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles, where the turtles are turned into old versions of themselves, walking around on canes and STILL have to fight shredder? Or the episode of Spider-Man where he's turned into an old guy and he can't stick to walls as good anymore and his webslinging doesn't work sometimes? It'd be like that with Knuckles and shit. It'd be so awesome.

So, really, it's sad to see you deciding to not do the above options and instead ending a potentially good sequel. Honestly, out of absolutely every ARAAT story, with the exception of the first due to its' awesomeness and uniqueness and the failure to really captivate that same feeling again in any of the sequels (and it almost felt like you didn't even try to), I'd much rather see old versions of the heroes of the now than any of the stories after the first one.

Oh no, you didn't. Look, you obviously never even read Exterminatus Now, or otherwise you'd realize that any similarity between Midnight/Quilla and Lothar is purely cosmetic. I created Quilla well before I even read that comic, and guess what? Harley actually contacted the writers just to make sure everything was alright, and from what I can tell, there were no problems. Next time, before you go saying something idiotic like that, do your fucking homework. No one, and I mean no one, tells me that my character isn't mine, especially some illiterate prick that is probably too young to be on this site anyway. Oh, and as for your relationship question: None of your damn business.

Agh, the yaoi! It buuuuuuuuurns!

...Okay, not really, no. Either way it was a good chapter. Guy/guy relationships that don't immediately devolve into sex are nice.

Hmm. An intriguing story you have here. I just finished reading through it, from the beginning up to here, and I must say it was worth it.

You've got a good grasp on storytelling, and I like what you've done with the story-- you've introduced OCs without making them into Gary or Mary Sues, and you've managed to give the story enough twists and turns to keep the readers interested without confusing them. You've also remembered your own plot points, and that's always a good thing. :D

Also: YOU ARE SICK, AND DISGUSTING, and I love you for it anyway, because it's a good piece of work!
