"Meep"?
You couldn't just go in for the cliche and make it the standard purring noises?
You had to make it something so unbelievably adorable and squee-worthy as "Meep"!?
Can't... stop... imagining it...!
The fact that I am now overwhelmed by cuteness, I'm REALLY enjoying this story.
I love your take on the characters, you don't hate anyone to make them OOC and cringe-worthy, there's no angst to slog through, and it's just some straight up bromance with a heaping helping of gay.
You are a godsend.

I hope Razer is just quoting the popular misconception to mess with Daxter, because you only will pry the mental image of submissive-bottom Jak from my cold dead hands.

this... This... I have no words. You're too gud 4 me.
Funny that the comm works 100 years in the past- nifty technology, isn't it?
Anywho, this story was... Tears-worthy. The penultimate chapter (i.e. before the sexing) really takes the cake, but the post-script chapter makes it all sweeter. I really, really love the way you write.

Words cannot describe how much I love this fic. It's taken me days to read it, but it's SO worth it.
The spelling and grammar is perfect, and your writing style is wonderful.
Damn, I'm lost for words, I've laughed and screamed at the screen all the way through.
I hope there's a sequel. This is amazing.
10/10
(I'll stop, I could talk about this for ages)

...I just got an account here so I could review your fic. o.o
You're so evil! You got me all excited to read a Daxter/Jak! At first I was a bit "what?" but after awhile, I really kind of wanted it--something different, you know? xD I'm kidding.
Out of all the Jak and Daxter fics I've read, this one is by far my favorite. Finally a *happy* kind of fic! With Sandover, too! And I love the idea of Daxter being able to switch back and forth--nice concept. I especially loved the scene of Jak trying to calm himself down in the bath.
Maybe a few too many "Orange Lighting"s here and there but overall, I throughly enjoyed this fic and anxiously await its proposed sequel.

That was a great sex scene. :3 Not a bad one or an okay one. Especially for your first time writing it. It was surprisingly realistic (or at least to what I've come to know in life). Often times, lemons come off like fantasy because characters sortof "know" just what to do and what's good without knowing from experience or anything like that. And that kind of communication during sex is uncommon both in life and fiction.
:D But it was so cute! And sexy! Yes, Daxter is hot, not cute. :p And the lurker through the portal was brilliant!
Goodness. And I like the sudden switch. Jak on top ended up being very very nice for those two. I can already imagine how well the afterglow will show on their faces when the boys come through that portal. :p Like there's no way they could even fake a look of concern about the animal intruder when they just released years of bottled-up tension.
And as always, the little things were very nice. So much attention to detail. Like Daxter's exhaustion when they showered off. How it was from staying up the night before and all of the day's activities as much as from their little roll in the sheets. And how Jak notices that his room isn't even dusty, that his uncle must have been taking care of things, presumably to be ready in case his nephew ever returned. Lots of nice aspects to this story.
And you know! When you do something like that in your bed, the one you've always slept in, and for girls--one that might have a quilt with flowers embroidered on it that you know your mother never imagined you doing what you're about to do on it when she chose it at the store... it really DOES make you wonder if it's okay. And usually, it is. Sex, even between lovers, doesn't have to be innocent, as long as it feels natural. The setting ended up working really well for those two.
And getting to hear Jak's thoughts while he was doing that was AWESOME. :p I go crazy for that sort of thing. Like "Yes! You SHOULD turn him over and pound him into the bed!!"
Speaking of beds...
:D Dax made friends with Jak's bed while he wasn't in the room. What did the yaoi guru say about that? It's one of those things that's funny and cute and makes sense all at once, to me.
You. I'm going to go finish my "mid-reading review" email now. You're great. And the sequel will be cool and just.
You breathe life into this pair. :)
;_; Time to go read Sione's work and apologize up and down for not noticing sooner. DAMN YOU AFFNET AND YOUR LACK OF ALERT SYSTEM!!! *shakes fist*

I guess I already said what I wanted to say in the email, but I just got to say how lovely this story has been and what a great way to end it. :D
I’m looking forward to that sequel or just anything that contains Jak and Daxter.
Now I’m just going to try and finish my own story in a reasonable time! D:
