Bugga, I have passed over this story so many times it's not funny, thinking that I had already read it but it wasn't this one I had read, it was another one about a warlock and a nightelf. Glad I figured it out because this one is just magic. I read your other story, the one about the house of sunstrider but it didn't grab me as much as this one did, but that's not to say that it isn't a good or well written story. After thinking about it, I sort of came to the conclusion that the reason it didn't grab me the way this one has, is because of the way the pally treated the princess in the other one was really harsh and cold hearted, and like, completely betrayed the person he had supposed to have been protecting, and what's more, seemed to have hated her for a long time before hand; and while the warlock in this one is pretty cold, and nasty he still does these nice little gestures like wrapping her up in his robe so she doesn't get cold and massaging her back in the pond...things like that. He is far less heartless and deliberately cruel and that seems to have left me hopeful throughout it that dey would fall in lurve hehe. Anyway, this is such a good story, you are seriously a brilliant writer. I love the way you used words to form pictures that I can so easily visualise in my mind. I hope you keep going with both of your stories, I want to see if the blood elf softens in the other one dagnabbit, or if the princess gets it together enough to gut him! More than anything though, I just love reading about Mooni and your warlock. Just beautiful! Seriously.
