I would love to see either Freya from Final Fantasy 9 or Mirage from Star Ocean: Till the End of Time.
Also I don't know if you've got the end planned out yet but if not, I vote that Tifa should be the winner. There's nothing better than seeing an abusively-controlling mistress or master beaten at their own game!
