YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! One of my favorite authors is back with a vengeance, hehehe! This is valakana from AIM, if you even remember me... I was worried that you had disappeared from existence! :O You can't imagine how fucking exciting it was to finally see this story on the front page of AFF again, and I was so frantic to read again that I ended up reading it a bit too quickly than I thought. But oh gosh, I'm so happy that you're back!
Anyway, back to the story, I liked the transition from the last chapter to this one, using nostalgia as a sort of thematic vehicle to bring proverbially bring Riku and Sora together. One of the most BRILLIANT IDEAS that I always want to see is the world in which the worlds have been ruined by Ansem's or some other darkness' victory, and this story encapsulates this scenario wonderfully, neither drawing too much political conundrums and focusing on what you want to bring out of this scenario; a dark, decadent, lustful, twisted-fucked-up sexually-disposed world for all sorts of dark fantasies to corrupt our pure heroes. It's this sort of twistedness that draws me to this story every time. Though there wasn't any smut or twistedness perse in this chapter, I saw this as a sort of recovery for Riku and Sora and sweet reuinion, as they escape, recover, and ultimately bring a little bit of 'light' back in the story; the damage that each of them have been subject to is beautifully highlighted juxtaposed with their recovering disposition as a sign that things might to turn around... and I can only anticipate the next smut scene. See, I love good smut. I fucking love the sheperd's pie out of an author that can make great smut. I fucking HATE IT, however, when it's smut for the sake of smut i.e. taking two established characters from a series and making them fuck arbitrarily. What makes smut good is the right amount context; No, there doesn't even have to be alot of context at all, but just the right amount to make the smut that much more effective in its exposition. Context is what, in my opinon, separates good smut from bad smut. You don't go the fifty miles to establish the context of the entire universe, the nature of heartless, the nature of Sora's curse--but they are there implicitly as context points that invigorate the smut and makes it oh so tasteful. Add in that luscious concoction a provocative, confident narrator and then, my dear, you have The Price Of Reckless.
Take as long as you want for the next chapter, I expect nothing less than greatness from you!

No anger! Much happiness. :D That was so cruel of Ansem to do that to Riku and Sora, but in the end, it was a good thing... which will probably become a bad thing later on. But at least Riku is back, if only for a little bit. Wonder if Leon and the team have a chance at getting Sora back.
