This whole story...I had to read it all in one go, just because it was so wonderful. I'm not even sure I can fully articulate just how good it was. Your characterizations were spot-on, your character *development* was believable, and you tackled that one problem with the Phoenix Wright games that's been bugging me for ages: Miles' 'perfect' record.
The only quibble I had when reading was that I had to keep the Phoenix Wright wiki pulled up because of all the mixing of Japanese and American names. Thankfully, most of the PW characters are really...er, unique, so it was easy to figure out who was who, but the Iris/Ayame, Viola/Urami switch kind of threw me off. Other than that, I rate this probably a twelve out of ten. Thank you for writing, and for sharing with us!

I haven't finished playing all the games yet, so I can't say anything about characterization and other story-related elements, but I'll have you know that it was a very enjoying read. I commend the fact that it has a plot and that the relationship is not rushed. Some formatting issues, I believe, such as where ... became c, but still very well-written.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I really liked this story and that there should be more like it. Thanks for sharing. ^__^

I am an extremely huge fan of the Phoenix Wright/Gyakuten Saiban series and out of the 8 chapters I have read so far, I have to say that this one was done extremely well. I only have one minor problem with it, and it is that the timeline is a bit off. If this is supposed to take place after the 3rd game ends, then both the Fire & the SL-9 incident would have taken place 7 years ago and not 4.
Even though that annoys a little, it isn't going to stop me from enjoying the excellent story.

Easily my favorite Phoenix fic! Keep up the good work; your writing skills are a head above the rest. I love this story and how the plot builds. Thanks for a great fic!
