Great! I love this story so much, good lord it's addicting. Can't wait for the next chapter

Well, it's starting to move forward. ;)
This chapter was good but I kind of feel it was more like reviewing want went on in the last 2 chapters,
I didn't really have anything new that the others chapters haven't gone over but there could be reasons.
It could be that you have something planed that would take more then a week to write? But I don't know
everthing for sure. Still, I like how shes opening up a tiny bit more. Not sure if anythings going to happen yet.

Bravo! Bravo! you guys are sheer talent. When funk man first told me to read A Rose and a Thorn 1,2, and 3 I wasn't so sure I didn't feel like taking the time to read 39 CHAPTERS! but seeing how good this little tale is it made it all worth it. Don't let the story turn into shit! Most of the time when movies, books, and games have multiple sequels their popularity goes down the drain. But your story doesn't seem to do that so you get credit for that. I want to see what happens next so do update soon. Like I'm doing with everyone else, I'm going to give you a score for every chapter you put up. First of all I want to tell you that A Rose and a Thorn gets a 4 out of 5. Second, A Rose and a Thorn 2: Eclipse gets a 4.5 out of 5, great job on the second one! As for the third, the three chapters combined get a 3 out of 5. I wish you good luck, have a nice day!

Ah, just when I thought the ARAAT series has lost its luster you seemed to have picked it up again. The last two chapters with the lizard and the chaotic crew have caught my interest. And first in a very long time I'm actually interested in the next up coming chapter. I like the chaotic gang, those three need their own British sitcom.

Hrmm.. What will happen should Ashura collect all seven chaos emeralds? Is there any chance of the Super Emeralds coming back? If the Master Emerald was shattered, would that negate Mirages' powers as well as Shadows(if even effecting them at all?)? thanks for mentioning me in the second chaptor.

If you guys don't want to end it then go ahead and continue, it's your story so you can do whatever you want with it. As for not reading this anymore, I want to keep reading because like I said in my last review I could be wrong about ARAAT3 because at that time there was only one chapter. Now there's two more. These next two chapters brought my attention back a little but I still think that the first one (ARAAT1) was the best. You never know when there will be a head-spinning event in the story so that's why I keep reading, I'll be waiting for something unexpected and unbelievable.

Oh, one more thing, if you don't like happy endings then that's your opinion, but you can't say that they suck. Not everyone thinks that, I'm one of them. Later!

Well. I've mentioned before I don't really care for fanfics that 'break loose' from recognisable canon, so that's said and done. I can appreciate well-written fanfics, though - that I'll grant you. I think it's kind of odd how Shadow never thought to question who these two strangers were, one of who is apparently family, but that's neither here nor there.

I have to admit I'm impressed with how regular your updates seem to be, too. Kudos on that, too - I don't know how you manage it. Maybe I'm just lazy :/

Well, I guess I was right about Mirage for now. She was made to kill Shadow, right? But she seems to have a free will of her own. I wonder how she will turn out. Two chapters were nice this week, when I first saw 3 chapters up, I thought I was
behind. ^_^

Wow, Mirage sounds like a cool person to me. Who would have guessed that Shadow had a sister.
I'm not to sure about Ashura though, I wonder what part of the family he is, a brother? Also, do you think we will be hearing a
bit more about there father? I would like to see how he fits in to this as well if you have plans for him?
Anyway, very nice. I can't wait to see the next chapter.
