This fic was one of three entries to the DMC Holiday Fanfiction Contest.

The winners were announced here: [http://community.livejournal.com/devil_may_cry_c/136363.html]

All three of the stories I submitted placed, winning me 1st for Yaoi Author overall.

Thank you so much to everyone who voted for me! ^^

Nicola told me she didnt copy you at all. She just wanted to say that your story is not original and sometimes coincidences happen.

Very fancy work, Kidavi,
and I dont know about that Nicola person, but the same themes were placed, christmas, same pairing, same gun gift giving, mother is still alive, and the boys were teenagers, playing in the snow, and same kind of ending, it is so very wierd and coincidential isnt it? Nicola must be psychic to your brain waves. Its as if she is mocking all of us fanfiction writers.

Just to let you know, I didn't do plagerism on your story or whatever. I just read it now, and I do like it, and I do see some similarities, but it's coincidental. And my only other 'work', is my parody, which is purely comedic so you can't judge my story on that fanfiction. I'm sorry, I never meant to 'copy' you. It was my first try at a real smut type story, and gee, that blew over well.

Beautifully serene at times, and racous with rancor and passion at others. A perfect blend.

*claps* Hot, sweet, and first entry! Yay & thank you!

Let's see... I'm trying to do constructive reviews. Like your Eva, the handguns were a nice touch: very sweet on Vergil's part and Dante is emotionally clueless in a way that's believable, giving people what he would want. It's sweet and stupid without being too stupid, you know? *dislikes Dante bashing* All in all, nothing that I can see to point out as a problem. Very good.
