Ah, the return of Eggman in Part 2.
That was probably my favorite part of the entire chapter because it was written so well. I love how you captured the essences of him, complete with the light relflections. I know sorry, the little things impress me. It made excite raise in my chest, as now I want to know exactly what that ring is for. I have a few guesses, it's just I have no idea how he could possibly use it.
Rouge conversation with Tails was priceless. I couldn't help but laugh and feel sorry for poor Tails, it seemed as though she confused him (and the readers) until he just agreed to help her by clinging to the things he could understand in the conversation. I also loved how she played Amy and Sonic this chapter, though that raised a new question--just exactly why does she want Amy and Shadow on the bridge?
The conversation between Shadow and Tails was good as well. I rather like how everyone is pushing Shadow to admit his feelings without out and out saying "Admit your feelings to Sonic".
I have to commend you for your play on words in general in a lot of this plot. It's very easy to see why there will be a misunderstanding between the chapters and I love how each of them (involved in the plot, rather unknowingly or not) omit important key details in their conversations.
But getting to read the Eggman seen (I live for bad guy dialogue) was enough to make me like the chapter reguardless. Now I must read part three...

Well goodness. That had to be the longest set up for a kiss I've seen in fanfiction to date. That was fabulous.
We can begin with Knuckles this chapter. Again, the play on words were great this chapter and her plot became clear as I read this part. Rouge is playing with fire however, espically if Shadow finds out, we won't go into everyone else.
Tails was brillant in this chapter. I was actually surprised once he told Sonic and Amy to go to the wrong places--but that just made me excited for the final part (to be honest, I was cursing if you decided to cliff hang once it got to that part--I thought you would be mean and go to Cream). And now we know that Eggman and Tails will be interrupting the next chapter at some point, though in what fashion has me curious.
And alas, the final scene. Beautiful. I almost keeped from my seat when I realized they were going to kiss--and Sonic wouldn't be asleep or dreaming this time. And Knuckles catching them at the end and it appearing to turn out (for Rouge) better than even she expected? Priceless writing there.
I really do anticipate your next chapter. I can not wait to see how all of the will react and if they find out exactly what Rouge did. This should be a very interesting chapter to read in deed.
I really love your story. It's one of the best Sonic fanfictions I've read, and you do so much to put a reader on the edge of their seat. And the fact that they're such detailed and long chapters---

::Hugs you until you faint:: God Kamerine I love you! I was so afraid that Sonic and Amy would end up the bridge and finally kiss, I was practically in tears. But then they turned into tears of joy when I realized it was Shadow/Sonic.
So much to look forward to in the next chapter. You can't wait for like, four days to update this time, you have to update ASAP. You're killing us with this cliffhanger!

I can honestly say you've got me anxious to see what's about to happen. This is the part I've been waiting for: when Shadow and Sonic would kiss or either Sonic would realize that Shadow likes him. I honestly can not wait to see what will happen now, there are so many things to look forward to the next chapter. What Eggman's plan is with that ring. How Sonic will react to Shadow's feelings. The aftermath of Rouge's plot. Will Rouge get what she wants. Will poor Tails catch the bullet for his role. And what about Amy?
My god, this is like a soap opera comedy that you just can't wait to see what happens next. What a horrible cliffhanger this was. I can honestly say you have composed one of my favorite fanfictions, let alone Sonic fanfictions. And reading Rouge's plot unfold was hilarious. I can't believe I actually got what she was doing but part 2. It really was complicated but at the same time, a joy to read because you wanted to know what she was doing and understand it. This was one of the more brillant setups to relationships I've read.
Though I'm really looking foward to how Sonic and Knuckles will react, because those are two that are the most emotionally involved in the plot. Shadow as well, but I can truely see things are about to go South. I can already guess that Eggman will cut in eventually, but I really can't wait for the next chapter. You really rock Kamirine.

And now we've gotten back on track. To keep from writing a very long review, I'll just review each chapter was I read them.
Part 1-
I find Rouge malipulations skills quite humorous in this chapter. I really enjoyed it to be honest, as she didn't come off as the evil vindictive bitch like she usually would, but slightly vindictive and quite selfish. Shadow made a comback in this chapter. I hate to admit it, but I serverally missed him in your last chapter and I was pleased to see him again. I really like reading your portrayal of Shadow in your story.
I rather like the conversation between Rouge and Shadow at the beginning. Besides the fact that Rouge was doing it for her own selfish reasons, I had to agree with everything she told him and I was rather happy she did, as I was hoping Shadow wouldn't keep ignoring his feelings. So it's nice she's giving him a push in the right direction.
The brief confrontation with Amy and Shadow was a nice touch as well. I also liked the conversation with Sonic and Knuckles. Actually, it was one of my favorite parts of the chapter. I'm rather fond of Knuckles and it was nice to see him having that type of conversation with Sonic of all people.
I'm looking forward to reading the next part to see exactly what Rouge has in store for Tails. He's played a pretty small in the story so far so it will be nice to see him getting her bigger part.
Overall, it was another great addition to the story. It's pretty late so I'll have to review the others tomorrow when I read them.

Oh and something else I want to say after reading the reviews thus far... I absolutly Love to peices how this fic feels like sonic could go eather direction (namely: to amy or shadow) and it actualy kinda makes me sad how that has to end eventually and sonic is going to go to one or the other. he seemes to be paying more attention to amy this chapter but that could easily change.. to me personally though it felt like that between the lines sonic was thinking of shadow but that could be just me.
I personally wouldent give a squid weather he went to eather or considering I dont favour any pairing at all but most people reveiwing seem to favor shadow/sonic so for purely balancing resons I put my support for amy. hopefully ill be able to revewi again shortly after the next update.
