As the writer of this story and as I see that there is such debate raging on the merits of fanfic I will say this.
Fanfiction is bad and anyone writing it seriously should feel bad. And if one were to actually read the box for Artelier Iris it says on the box, "An Alchemic Adventure." Thus, it is silly.

Fanfiction is great. It's just, I wish more authors would concentrate on the sex the way you do, Jesus. Can't take the mooshy-wooshy OOC character-crap. Just sex, please.
Unless you're as fantastic of a yaoi fanfic-writer as this person is: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/1207048/1/
But chances are you're not, and no one would crap-a-goat over the common yaoi fangirl's banal interpretation of two fictional characters who were likely garbage to begin with.

To the reviewer above me...I disagree. There are plenty of fanfiction that is deep and character driven--even expanding on the original characters. You just have to find them.
As for this fic, I take it as it was meant. As a parody, and basically venting over the fact the author hated this game. ( or it seems that way) I didn't take this story seriously, and neither should anyone else.

Dear Craptacula,
You get the point. This was indeed a poorly written out of character fanfic. However, you also assume that the author actually tried. No one in their right mind would? Why? Because there is no quality in fanfiction to begin with. And anyone who actually thinks that fan fiction writing is a legitmate form of writing is kidding themselves. You're writing sex stories using fictional characters that you didn't even create. Its not art, its not even writing. Get the fuck over yourself and better yet, get a fucking life. You need to get laid I bet.

How loathsome. Listen, if you're at going to write lame OOC garbage, at least develop some modicum of technical proficiency. Right now, it looked like you wrote this with one hand. And the subject matter? Not even going to touch that. I just hope you can sleep at night knowing that your effort has singlehandedly decreased the overall quality of fanfiction.

Well, that was weird and not especially well written, even for a flame of something. I've played Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana (Note: alchemy is not at all mentioned on the cover) I've never played or seen Full Metal Alchemist and I like Atelier Iris. The ending seemed a bit weak but sometimes you just have to settle for that. The big selling point for me with this game was not the alchemy mentioned in the summary either. It was the word 'Mana'. Mana usually being linked with magic something I am a big fan of. I also adore the game Legend of Mana, a game I'm not sure you'd ever consider playing as it's popularity was limited and it's for PS1 (or rather the original Playstation).
Also I don't know if you've noticed, or even if you really paid attention to the characters because Delsus is a major womanizer, he'd never give Klein a second glance. (He's not that feminine looking). Then again, flames never care about such things and therefore the arguments are weak and bred from stupidity. No skin off my knees. Buh bye!

FOMOG!!! Brilliance! Pure, unadulterated brilliance! I do so hope there is a second chapter. I was absolutely beside myself with arousal. Just as with the last one, your wit and storytelling are top notch. If you are ever published, you can be sure I will start I book club just for your works. My hat is off to you, good madam.
