I don't understand. This is based 2 years after OOT so Link is 12 (being sent back in time by Zelda at the end to reclame his lost childhood). And Malon is 10! you should fix the intro to being 9 years later.

I don't know if this has been explained, but physically, Malon couldn't be lactating unless she was either prgenant, or was having a hysterical pregnancy. Hysterical pregnancy is when a woman believes they are pregnant when they are not, their bodies react as though they were pregnant.
Perhaps mentioning if she was pregnant or having a hysterical pregnancy might have helped.

Whoa...this is a very interesting story. Now I can't get the image of Malon being a cow out of my head. :) All in all, I liked the story. It was well written and orignal. Something that is hard to find on fanfic sites now a days. Well done.
