well, it's been a while since I've seen this story. First time I read it I was inspired to write myself (though the story I wrote was shit and incomplete).

That was beautiful...I have never read a fic where the characters actually sounded witty and interesting. Sonic, aside from the weed almost sounds dead on, his conceited and arrogant personaity shining thru, and knuckles was even better, it made me think of knuckles in a new light, since I never paid much attention to him as a character. Amy wasn't big mouthed and obnoxious like other fanfics portray her either, which was nice for a change. Is this a Sonic/Knuckles fic? Or just a friendship and loniness fic? Either way, it's really good and I felt strong emotions reading it.
