So, what hapened to that next chapter?

Soooooo, that next chapter ready yet?

please post the new chapter "Revelations"!!! Been waiting forever......this story is amazing and very very steamy....want to see how chun-li and ryu's relationship unfolds....please and thanks

It was well-written and all but it didn't satisfy me in terms of it being a continuation of "Pride" by Akikaze. Your story seems to have put an abrupt end to the power struggle between Ryu and Chun-Li, which is one thing that made the original so scorchingly hot. It was like suddenly Ryu utterly dominated and crushed Chun-Li...especially that end scene when he just jizzed all over Chun-Li's unconcioius body. In the other fic there was more tension in the power struggle and it was difficult for one of them to up the other. Maybe it's because I'm female but that was the major appeal for me in the orignal fic. It was hot seeing Chun-Li have that control over Ryu only to loose it moments later when Ryu would overwhelm her, and it went back and forth. Anyway, I still think your fic is great but maybe it would be better of as a stand-alone rather than a continuation of Akikaze's fanfic.

Hey nice story I think Ryu and Chun-Li are a good couple. Hope you update soon. I wish people had a nag to put more than there writings but put something more into it

I liked the original pride story, and you did it justice with this one. The sex was great, and I think I speak for all of the fans of this fic when I say we look forward to the next one, which hopefully will be soon.

I can't wait to read the next chapter; when's it going to come up?!
Only criticism I might have is to watch your tenses: During the retrospectives/thoughts, it sometimes switches to present-tense (Ryu's bit on Chun-Li's faults and merits), while the rest is usually past-tense. It doesn't matter so much when it's an italicized-thought part, but whole paragraphs that are "in-the-head" yet part of the story (he really admired this about her, he adored that part about her, etc.) kinda disrupt the flow. Of course, this is all personal stylistic preference, but it did manage to catch my attention when I read it. All in all, it does nothing to detract from the fact that it's a good, fun, steamy story!
I suppose you're in school, if you're busy writing "academic papers", as your author's note stated, but don't forget about the poor, languishing fans! I'm really interested in the direction that you're taking the story! You did promise another chapter, after all, and I can't reread the same story forever.

Continue please!!! I really like this story...constantly checking if there has been any updates but gues not anyways can't wait for the next chappie to come out.
This is definitely one of the best Ryu/Chun-li stories, I hope you continue to write. =)
