Oi, Sorry about that, Summer school started and My mornings are full again. But...Geeze! Poor Arthur! the whole...Incident, and then this crap with Big Boss, Why doesn't Boss tell him who and what Ocelot is instead of alluding to it? And He's right! Arthur's guard is practically non-existant, I'm oblivious and even I could see that Evil *expletive deleted* was digging for info! ARGH! But...Arthur won't let it get to him too much, right? And Boss is letting Ocelot get under his skin! Ahhh!
But That was a freaking amazing chapter, the characterization is truley supurb, and no cfs this time!

Wow...now I understand the last chapter a little better. There were some technical glitches in the text, like..cf3 and cf0. no clue what those were.
But now I understand why, after thinking he'd like Ocelot on his team back at the desert, Boss didn't want him when Arthur brought him.
Ocelot needs his comeuppance...riling up Boss like that.
Arthur wouldn't sell him out! .......would he? He won't will he?
And when did Arthur get tortured?
Sorry I didn't reveiw sooner, I slept in this morning. =^_^=

This story is getting very interesting. I only skimmed through chapter 1 when I first read it, since I really don't know much about Big Boss and Arthur (having not played Snake Eater yet). But the recent chapters (especially chapter 3 and 4) have totally got me hooked. I'm assuming this is the prequel to In The Name Of Peace, and it doesn't disappoint. I love how you handle the beginning of friendship (though the fangirl in me is praying for more) between Arthur and Big Boss, that tentative formation of trust, almost unconsciously, like they couldn't help but be drawn to each other. You're really good with character development. I can see a lot of thoughts and planning have been put into Arthur and Big Boss's characters, and I'm happy to see that they're not just copies of Otacon and Snake. I also like the supporting cast (yes, even that jerk Kayin, maybe especially that jerk Kayin), and am cheering for more screen time for the scientists (those poor guys need a union or something). Instead of having cookie cutter personalities and being there simply for the sake of the plot, they felt like real people. Nice touch on the conflict of interest for Habil, I wonder what he would choose in the end because I get the impression he's quite fond of (or at least very tolerated toward) his brother.
All in all, it's a wonderful read. It's a pity that aff.net doesn't have some kind of story alert system, but I suppose I'll just have to check this story more often. ^__^ Needless to say, I can't wait for you to update. So please keep up the good work and write more and soon.
