Gods, this is one of the most awesome stories ever. I come back and read it again once every year or so and it's still as wonderful as the last time I read it. I love both Ky and Testament and to see them together like this in a seriously writen fic is just amazing. You have my eternal gratitude for writing this. ~Lazeralk

It's been a while since I've been in the Guilty Gear fandom, and I wandered over here to see if anyone had actually written anything with Ky and Testament. They're my favorite pairing, but I can never find too much of it. So I was surprised when I found this.

I loved it. I've spent all day reading it. I very much liked the slow progression of the relationship between Ky and Testament and that the fic didn't end stereotypically with exchanged "I love yous" and marriage vows. The plot was well-developed and had a lot of original ideas in it.

I also note that there's a sequel, so I shall be reading that as well. Thank you for writing this, I enjoyed it very much. :D

This is an awesome fic, your story line and plot were really intracate and believable. You've done wonderful things with the GGX universe and I'm very thrilled to have found a fic a good as this one is. I read the whole thing in one go, I just couldnt stop. Ky and Testament are my two favorite characters, and in most fics they try to kill eachother and not much else. I was a little skeptical when I saw the pairing, thinking it might just be out of character pointless smut, but you actually gave them a basis for their relationship and developed it fully, while keeping them both in character. Bridget was also a very nice touch, I especially love his first encounter with Sol in Zepp, it was hysterical. I hope you add more to the GGX section, 12 fics is a little pathetic. Please continue writing, a sequle to this or just another fic, I really like your stlye. ~Laz

Omg. I haven't bothered looking for guilty gear fics in months cause I figured most just don't have the sort of plot, character development, or pairings that I like. You have probably the best GG fic ever! Bridgett-Sol interactions made me laugh so hard. And Testament and Ky make a good couple. With all their similarities and whatnot. I'm just glad that I found this fic at a point where you ened it with some loving. I kinda hope Venom shows up lol. And maybe Zappa.

This line in particular made me love this fic even more. "He wasn’t sure why, but he found himself crouching down in front of the officer, his tone serious despite the ridiculousness of his request. “Please come build a sand castle. There have been threats to bury me in the sand if I can’t get you to come over there, and they outnumber me.”

Ah so great! lmao. I can just picture it. And with Testament's dual tone voice that scene is even more hillarious.

Ah but it's all so lovely. I hope you update date soon. It may be 5 in the morning but I feel it was time well spent in reading your fic.

Wow, great story thusfar. I love your writing style, and depictions of each character. Although I'm inclined to say Slayer was the best, I can't, because they were all right on the mark. I can't wait to read more. ^_^
