ok I liked the story somewhat, but it's not true that ALL Japanese people look alike. Anyway also I certainly don't think that punching someone like a punching bag is FUNNY AT ALL. I don't care if you're against gays or not but no one has the right to do that and plus I don't think Link is the type of character to do that. They made him the type of person that is understanding and caring and not a Gay Bashing homophobe. Sorry to say all that but I'm giving my opinion. Other than that I liked the story because they talked about being in a fanfic and that was cool.

This is awesome. I always thought that she was a total loser and her stories suck. And you're right, she is racist, to boot. I hope those files on her stay around so no one forgets what she really is.

Pretty sure the author is talking about the comments that Adele made about Japanese people on her review board once in response to accusations that all of her characters looked alike. She went on and said that it was alright, because all Japanese people looked alike too. When someone called her on it, she said something like, she couldn't possibly be racist against Japanese because she likes anime. Uh, yeah. I think that's what that's about.

Good chapter! Very funny satire.

Yup, I have this file saved after someone sent it to me. It went like this.

Adele: "A little more attentiveness on yours might be good, too. It's more of a racial thing. If you were visiting Japan, at first glance all Japanese people would look alike. Small stature, black hair, slanted eyes."

People got mad. Adele went on to compare Japanese to orcs and plants. Yes that's right, plants.

Adele: "Hello, I used it as an example! It could be any race of people, I wasn't pointing fingers at Japanese. Fantasy races, even. Orcs, for example. PLANTS for example! You don't want me to use people, I'll use plants. At first glance, a row of bushes look alike!"

So the idea that Japanese people were "subtly different" in the same way that groups orcs and groups of plants are "subtly different" set some people off.

The anime comment:
Adele: "It wasn't racist. It was you who made it racist because you wanted it to be. lol, I am not racist against Japanese, I draw anime! I was making a simple point, I was not singling out people. "

So......yeah. Good satire. Take her down. I hate racism.
